its been ages since i last posted and...
uni started in august and i guess...i think i can enjoy it =)

i'm starting the new semester in a week or so and if i'm supposed to rack my brains on CORS every sem i'm going to get a brain tumor!!!! its just so fustrating to plan my own timetable and choose 5 modules every sem out on a thousand...now i know how difficult it is to plan a timetable...

During these 7 months, i could say i read alot of books and i strongly recommend all the books by Agatha Christie!!!!!!!!! Her mysteries are the best and after reading 50 out of about 57 of her mystery collection i only managed to guess 3 murderers correctly out of 50 hahaha....she's certainly one of the greatest mystery writers of all time =)

its kind of nostalgic...once again ATCG are together once again in the same school (though techically speaking cheryl and i are in fas, ailin's in fass and geri's in the law school which is in bukit timah).

sigh i'm enjoying the holidays so much i do>n't feel like going to school again >_<

I watched Phantom Of The Opera Musical last night at the esplanade theatre. It was a musical i wanted to watch since i first heard about the story. The songs were great as usual and the props were fantastic. Certainly a night to remember!!!

The past few weeks have been quite busy for me. Well, i have to work 6 days a week now in my new job and by the time i get home i don't feel like moving at all. Meeting Cheryl, Geri and Ailin tonight for dinner finally...we've been pushing back out outings since i dunno when. Then meeting sarah and mich tomorrow for a movie at jp!!

i finally decided not be lazy and update my blog. just returned from the bintan trip with cheryl, geri, ailin and darren. i must say this is the first time i got sunburned but compared to the rest of them i think i'm lucky to have only been burned on one shoulder. we all took pictures of our sunburn but sorry its not for show haha...

i quit my job last week as well before the trip and now i'm a free loader just slacking away at home. now that i'm updating my blog i find that i really have nothing much to say...

i can't believe i actually went to the fahrenheit autograph session considering that i'm not really a fan of theirs(cheryl's was the one who asked me to go). its crowded, stuffy and my ear drums almost burst from all the crazy fans screaming their head off. worst still, i couldn't squeeze in to where cheryl was cos the crowd was super thick. i'm never going to any autograph sessions anymore i swear!

anyway, my family went to imm and joined me for dinner at fish and co.! it was only until 9 that cheryl actually got them to sign the cd for me and for herself. i owe cheryl a big thank you though. THANK YOU!!!!!!

work was not bad, i got pulled away to do some admin stuff halfway though. all three of us, me, ailin and das had to check for the updating of mobile phone numbers and other stuff. session B's terrible, i can't remember the proper codes to get to the next page...its HIGHLY confusing. meeting my choir peeps later...looking forward to it hehe =)

i got a job!!! finally...after all the boring afternoons in front of the com i took up a job ailin recommended me =) and guess what, my primary school friend's also there in the same training batch as me. what a small world!!! i mean, there are so many companies to work for...why in the same one?

so far the job's been okay...i'm really thankful that ailin's working with me cos i can't imagine eating lunch alone in the foodcourt of marina square. there are collegues alright but still nothing beats working with one of my good friends. the both of us have been discussing where and when to go on a holiday together. haha...sorry cheryl and geri, but the cruise is the cheapest so far unless u can think of some place else to go that is cheap and not to far =)

i announce that i've been slacking for the entire of december.... watching so many shows over you tube and on vcds borrowed form all over the place. well, as the month draws nearer to the end i just wonder where am i going to get a job so that i can start work in jan *argh....headache*.

just met geri and cheryl yesterday for lunch at california pizza. they geri had to rush off to meet daniel while me and cheryl went off to meet ailin for a movie at cine. i love the holiday!!!! its funny and not boring for a romantic comedy that lasted more than 2 hours. then i went of to city hall to meet mich, sarah and christina for dinner and to catch our choir's esplanade performance. i was there 1 hour early cos i went straight from orchard la and spent half an hour at HMV and MPH each. i was so bored that i had to take "singapore true ghost stories by russell lee book 13" to read...how's that?

and then tomorrow we're going to malaysia for christmas!!!! it's been almost 2 years i think since i last went to malaysia. but then again, besides shopping, what can we do in malaysia???? Anyway...Merry Christmas to all this year=)

two days ago was our seniors' night. its good to see everyone strip off their school uniforms put on clothes that make some of us unrecognizable haha. everything went well except for the fact that the shoes killed me that night. i couldn't walk properly the entire night and had to skip around unglamourously. still, i tried to take as many pictures as possible with my friends. we were separated all over the place it was so hard to find in the dark. then i went over to nitisha's house with huey ying, angela and shar for a movie stayover!!! i decided to sleep halfway through "skeleton key" partly because i had a job the next day and partly because i was a scaredy cat haha. watching a ghost movie in the middle of the night its a definate NO NO!!

hello hello i'm back!!!
actually i came back last fri morning but there were so many things to do until i kinda forgot to update.

on the korea trip:
it was quite fun and interesting i must say. there were vegetables(not my fav) at every meal, cabbage especially. and u see them in every fashion, fried, steamed, boiled, in the soup...not that i'm complaining, i don't hate cabbage. the tour guide said that it hardly rained in korea but on that fateful day, it rained and it rained really heavily. and guess what, we took a cable car up to a mountain(mount sorak) and then had to climb the rest of the way up to the peak in the rain and cold. everything from my knee down was soaked and we all had to endure it for the entire day. but besides that, the rest of the trip was good.

ONE MORE PAPER!!!!!!

one more paper and its finally over yay!!!!! actually i couldn't really wait already and hence our class, 12 of us went to watch 007 at vivo city. haha, so much for celebrating only after the exam has ended. after the last bio paper i'm going to fly liao.....to KOREA!!!! i hope it snows cos i've never seen it snow before except on korean soap operas haha. actually it'll be better if we go in december than we can have a snowy christmas in korea but my dad refused saying that its too cold in december....not much of a difference in my opinion :p.

sigh i tend to do really unexpected things in the last year of school. in crescent, i left school before assembly ended (secretely of course). then i got super worried about being caught by the teachers. today, dun ask me what i did. i just seriously hope no one finds out about it haha...all my friends were like "u really did it ar!!!!????" and i'm like...well, what do u expect, u took my bag and so i got no choice but to follow.

i'm still in partial shock now. so maybe if you want to know, ask me 10 years later and then i will tell u...and then we can all laugh it off like a silly joke. oh man....

today's ac's as well as rj's farewell for the j2s. i finally remembered to bring my camera thanks to alicia's(my classmate) timely reminder. since i brought my camera taking photos is a must then...so lets see urm, i took 33 photos. of my classmates, choirmates, teacher and of cheryl and geri. the 3 of us met up for lunch at ikea (meatballs yay!!) and then proceeded to my house to "study".

the funniest moment was when we were having tea (pizza!!! we are always eating) cheryl hit her hand on my dining room chair and this was what geri's immediate reaction was:

Geri: !! Did the chair break?

then cheryl, alicia(this time my sister) and me broke out laughing hysterically. i mean, she was concerned more about the chair than cheryl's finger la haha>.< Not to be mean about it but it was super hilarious especially with cheryl complaining about it later on...

hello hello....i finally finished my prelims last week. well, whether i did well of not it doesn't matter cos i'm happy that its all over now.

oh yeah...i went back to crescent to visit the teachers during teachers' day with cheryl, geri, denise, sui linn, sam and hui min. it was so nice to be able to see the teachers again and to chat with them like old friends haha. now that i'm so free, i've been staring at my laptop half the time watching shows with my sister =)

this will probably the first and last entry for this month cos its my prelims next week.

the eve of national day: well, i went to school after many days of ahem"holiday" as the choir was performing for the thanksgiving service that day. haha, the teachers kept reminding us that it will never our last time singing together as a batch since the start of this year and it is indeed true. surprisingly, the service ended quite early hence, a bunch of us went to swensens for lunch. after eating 2 scoops of ice-cream, i think i will be keeping away from sweet things for a while...just looking at them makes me feel nauseous ^-^

national day: my dad had free stay at pan pac so we went over to stay for a night. hehe...i got cheryl to come over and mug together but i guess we weren't very successful. aiyo, then had to drag her out for dinner cos she was glued to the NDP parade and refused to leave the television.

ahhh two very enjoyable days....*blink blink*

i think i better return to the world of maths..ciao!

oh this is the covered sunset i saw in redang ...

on thursday, we had to host a china choir that was coming over for an exchange programme for some SYF thing. well, they sang for us and our choir sang for them. only that the J2s who weren't going for tour were not singing. as i watched my juniors and the alumni sing the songs i was so familiar with i couldn't help wanting to sing along with them so badly. the choir, the teachers and the friendships i made were really unforgettable, so much so that i think i'd really miss it when i graduate >_<

on a lighter note, its a long weekend this week cos its youth day and my dad's birthday on mon!!!! and i haven't got him a present how???????????????

hello i'm back from my redang trip...ahem...for 3 days already(been too lazy to use the comp). in case people don't know, redang is an island off malaysia where u get to snorkel, dive and basically do what people do at the beach.

1st day
-we left in the middle of monday night to take a coach to the johor checkpoint
-at the johor checkpoint we were supposed to change coaches but guess what...THE COACH ARRIVED ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATE!!!!!
-while all of its passengers were sleeping the bus was squeaking like a mouse except 100 times louder..hence, most people couldn't sleep (except for clarissa)

2nd day
-we arrived late at the jetty and missed our ferry
-no choice but to take a speed boat to the island
-the journey was bumpy and our butts all hurt but other than that it was the first good thing that happened during the trip
-the resort that we were staying in turned out to be quite rundown
-oh yes!! u have to queue up for your food holding a plate of rice. then, the waiters will scoop and "plop" the whole lot of dishes onto your plate (reminds me of an army camp)
-then we went snorkling after lunch
-snorkling was fun. we had to jump into the middle of the sea from a boat to admire the corals and fishes swimming around.
-the goggles were not powered and i basically only saw shapeless fishes around me. BUT...it was new...something different...a totally different world from what you'ed see up here.

3rd day
-my uncle woke us up at 6.15am to watch the sunrise which...was blocked by clouds. so basically we didn't see the SUN rise.
-more snorkling at Marine Park and we had a hard time trying to get my mum and my aunt to float cos they can't swim
-then we took and afternoon nap
-finally, we sang karaoke before sleeping cos my cousin insisted on not sleeping so early.

4th day
-took a ferry back to the same jetty and had to search for our stupid bus when the driver supposed to be searching for us!!
-COACH BROKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY FOR 3 WHOLE HOURS!!!!
-by the time the replacement came we were already way behind schedule and HENCE... we arrived in Singapore at 4am on friday morning.

doesn't this remind you of those typical movies where these things always happen when you are trying to enjoy a holiday?

its been a really eventful week.

our choir concert on mon was a success. i'm glad that our section held together and that as a whole choir we did our teachers and ourselves proud.

one day to rest and then it was Arts Festival Rehearsals with the Singapore Philharmonic Wind Orchestra and Mr Robert Casteels.

then on friday, we rushed back to school for ac idol after rehearsal. the few of us just grabbed something from breadtalk and took cabs back to school. well, our lousy dinner paid off cos idol was great- vic's and joseph's performance were marvelous. not to mention the judge who sang "wonderfully" and clement's face of complete disbelief.

then on sat and sun was the Arts Festival itself and the recording. i've walked the citylink countless times that its practically my third home(first being home and second being school).
maybe i should find a new way to go to the esplanade. its getting boring walking past the same shops, same destination and same crowd of noisy people. sigh, i'm such a lazy person. even now, i'm blogging when i'm supposed to be doing Mr Chan's Physics of Fluids tutorials. yawn....

FUN-o-RAMA the 18TH!!!!!!!!!

it's been such a wonderful day. though i was helping out at the food stall the whole day smelling of croquettes after that its been the best day i had so far this year.

i met so many of my old friends again. and although it was only for a while i'm very satisfied and happy(a very cliche word but nevertheless very very accurate) today. i'm glad all of them could take time to come down to the funfair, not to mention my sisters, parents and aunt's family.

it's amazing how simple things can make us so happy.

yesterday, on the way back to school, i saw this very beautiful bird. it looks around the same size as the sparrow but its wings are actually those of luminous blue. and then, at the end of sectionals, deb wanted to send mich and sarah back cos her dad was driving her home and it was on the way. however, they decided to walk with me to the mrt when both of them stays at boon lay and it was 7.45pm back then.

frankly, i wasn't in the best of moods that day but little gestures like these i really appreciate a lot. thanks for being my friend and a Happy Valentine's Day to all!

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!

yesterday's performance by the malay society was real good. they said something about no school for four days and who cares about "A"s and all that stuff. well, they got the loudest applause. oh yes...i wanted to call this shop to ask if they were open till what time.but then i dare not so i asked sarah to call for me. and this is what she said:

sarah:"hello..this is tricia and what time is your shop opened till?"

i almost screamed at her. WHO in the world would give an unknown person your name ??? stupid sarah! she did it on purpose only. michelle and I couldn't stop laughing after that, not to mention that if i ever go that shop, i must be careful not to say my name!!!! @_@

today cheryl and geri and ailin are coming over to PLAY!! so fun...can't wait to see them=)

i just came back from taiwan yesterday around seven plus in the evening and viola! the day after is school. anyway, just a short report on taiwan:

1) the tour buses are very UNSTABLE! when the bus stops or breaks, your whole body is thrown forward (okay this is abit extreme) and this causes the butterfly sensations in your tummy.
2) the moutain roads are terrible. they go round and round until u feel like puking.
3) the scenary is quite nice.
4) the things there are around the same price as singapore except for comic books.
5) i had a wonderful tour guide named gong gong...

finished the last day of carolling yesterday. it was the most memorable day since i joined the choir & it made me feel that whatever i had to go through in the past year in choir was all worthwhile. there were difficult times, sad ones, happy and memorable times. when i went to town to meet cheryl, geri and ailin, i met charissa on the bus and she was telling me she missed carolling already when it only ended yesterday.

then, we had lunch and watch the Chronicles of Narnia with cheryl and ailin only as geri had to go meet her friends. after that, both of them came over to my house and we were playing silly games which, AILIN keeps losing haha>_<

wonderful!!! i'm going to and missed so many tuition lessons that my father has asked me to reimburse him on his losses. like i have to money to give him like that.

anyway, i watched our 4C2 production for teachers day yesterday and admist all the laughter coming from the video i felt kind of nostalgic. we can never gather as a class anymore despite having class gatherings...its kind of sad u know>_<. that's why i'm so thankful we got our teachers' day performance on cd. afterall...who knows...i may still be watching it 30 years down the road and reminiscing the good old times.

my choir teacher just reminded me during practice yesterday that its 2 weeks to Christmas...AND 3 more till school reopens. Not that i didn't know but i'm just...u know... trying to hide that fact underneath the blanket and forget all about it until Jan the 2nd. Not to mention that i hadn't done a single ounce of studying in the whole of Nov. i can almost see myself as a guru, predicting my impending doom next year(hmmm....my crystalball...).

sat: another early day. we had to go to woodlands to sing for miss chia's(now mrs hong) wedding at her church.
sun: after tuition and piano, i went to pandan valley to join in the choir christmas party. we had so much food and of course gift exchange for the teachers, seniors and among ourselves haha. next, was the songs we had to learn for the upcoming cip project for children. we had to learn songs like RUBBER DUCKIE!!!! from sesame's street i think and sung by ernie while bathing in his tubby haha. anyway, i only reached home at eleven and woke up at ten today....

oh yes! today's clarissa's P1 orientation at my primary school. although its a whole new compound but walking around the school today reminded me of the time when i was in primary school all over again. i miss the canteen, the teachers, the bus uncle and of course my pri school friends. mrs chung regconized me though. which was very suprising cos the last time i went back she almost couldn't la.

another thing, choir will be carolling at the esplanade concourse on the 22 and 23 of dec in the evening at 6.45 and 8.00. all are welcomed haha=)

oh ya, we went to visit one of my mother's cousin who just gave birth to her first baby yesterday. but, sad to say, i couldn't touch the baby at all. DADDY doesn't allow it, for some superstitious reason or another(which i shall not bother to explain). and then, my mum and her sister started to ask:"so how long did it take?"

mum's cousin:"urm...eight plus at night till the next morning."
mum's sis:"wa...12 hours ar?"
mum's cousin:" PAIN leh!"

and at that moment, i decided (for the time being) not to give birth in future. TWELVE HOURS of pain? forget it man!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday's ac's open house. kind of excited cos i didn't go to ac's open house last year. moreover, its my first time in the viewing gallery as well! its super beautiful there...wonder why they don't usually open it. anyway, the choir usually performs there during open houses and this year is no different. we broke our seniors' record for the number of times they we sang for our potential J ones( they sang 29 times we sang 30 times).

Then surprise surprise...AILIN paid me a visit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! i was so happy to see her again lor after hmmm....my birthday?

finished gp chem maths physics and screwed up all. so i decided i'll just slack for a while today since its friday.

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY to all my teachers of the past present and future!

half day today.choir performed for teachers day and it was successful i must say=) sigh...but i still have tuition later on. don't feel like going at all though. oh yes! and i had a late night last night cos i had to wait for five special people to send me their eoms to print. bess, ming hwee and zhiyao decided to skip school today and then bren and michael had no printer. the next time, i better start charging people for my service>_<

Had a class bbq yesterday at shu's house. it was big and i mean very big okay. the whole class turned up only except for four people and ms wang. well, i left early and went home to watch destiny episode 38 to 40..(39's my fav by the way).

And today is national day and my birthday haha. my father was laughing at me just now saying," since u are 1 year older did u grow 1 inch taller?" the obvious answer is no la@_@. going out later with cheryl to watch bewitched. will try to get cheryl to treat me cos its my birthday today haha..(just kidding)

this week we had two SPA practicals on tuesday and thursday and we are let off at 9 plus. but because i was sick, monday wednesday and saturday i never went school. what a week! so slack eh?

anyway, i started watching gundam seed destiny. its very nice despite the fact that the main character wasn't KIRA. sigh..i hope no ones dies tragically in the show once again(contrary to what my friend expects).

i think i got jinxed in the middle of the night or something cos when i woke up this morning i was down with a serious sore throat and fever. only consolation was that i got to skip my piano lesson and finish reading the Harry Potter book. i knew pretty much the content of the book already anyway.

went back to crescent yesterday for speech day. then took the bronze award that seriously looked like one of those trophies they give out at the Singapore star awards. Then had to rush back to AC for choir farewell for the seniors.

oh yes! i attended MJ's wedding on the second of july. the church was filled. but it wouldn't be if it was not for us CRESCENTIANs. i think he invited something like six class in total PLUS some cca groups...and they wouldnt' get their invitation cards if not for me(cos i wrote half of them for him)!

hello hello!
I went out with cheryl and geri today. so happy to see them again. sigh i miss the old times. luckily, we are just as close as we left of and started chatting non stop again for the past let's see, three and a half hours! Went all the way from taka to cine for a light snack and we talked about a lot of stuff-the past and present. i hope that we can stay that way forever and ever and ever....haha. i remember reading a chinese passage saying that the friends you make in your sec school life are the ones you will keep in contact with for the rest of your life. i certainly hope that it is true. cos i want it to be true actually. looking forward to our week of mugging cheryl=)

i feel as if i've got no life. seriously, and the only other person who feels like i do is cheryl! (great minds think alike).

For the whole of last and this week i've only been rushing home to do work. its like school->home->homework->sleep then a big fullstop. its kind of tiring as well as boring. sigh with all the tests coming up next week i'm seriously not going to make it if i don't study. so in other words i have no choice.

enough about schoolwork. i've always wanted to ask this question-- What am i waiting for? haha, that's kind of philosophical isn't it? i think i'm a little crazy today. better leave before i start saying other funny stuff@_@

update on what happened this few weeks:

1. bess and i had to change classes from 1sc2 to 1sc5 with two of my other classmates. the new class is quite nice actually but i miss chin yen, penny and shuang ai.

2. i just landed myself in physics and gp tuition class. oh i'm so going to die...

3. also the next five or so weeks are going to be a disaster. full of tests...ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. had choir party yesterday. kind of fun la but still...sigh...

okay here's an update on what happened in the last weekend:

Friday: it was acjc's own founders' day and the choir performed! Then we were let off at eleven. So after a debrief from choir a few of us went out to have lunch together. Then i left to crash rjc. The whole school was like a palace la. Besides the canteen, i only saw the library and it was humungous with four whole storeys filled with books. Yup, then i met geri, cheryl, sam and eunice. Oh yes i also saw cheryl's OGL(the guy) hahahaha!!!! afterwards, geri and cheryl came over to my house for a sleepover. we talked like it was old times once again and then suddenly they said they were hungry. so we got up about 12am the next morning and ate maggie mee!

Sat: had to wake up early for choir. so all of us left together. then had choir for the rest of the day. YUP so that's it...

just finished with th JAE and yup, i'm staying in ac. yesterday was the ac family combined founders day. we were let off at 11.10 to have a super long lunch until twelve before i had to leave with the choir for the indoor stadium. then, sad to say that the founders day celebrations wasn't very interesting i almost fell alseep in my seat. nevermind, then we had to rush back to school and get ready for our fund raising event at Shangri-La hotel where all the old boys are hee>_<

the stupid court shoes hurt so much that i couldn't walk properly for the rest of the night. then my senior scared my even more. he said that in december we will have carolling for five consecutive days. which means i would have to wear those shoes for five consecutive days. oh my goodness! i got the shock of my life at that moment. there's supposed to be choir practice today but i got sore throat and diarrhoea. Ughhhhhhhhhh........

sigh its confirmed. the results are on monday. i bet i won't be able to sleep on sunday night. either that or i will be like worrying the whole day on monday. i enjoyed gp lessons this and last week. first we played mindtrap! the questions asked were very mind boggling and not that easy to answer. then, for yesterday's lessons, we were playing taboo! of course, there were funny parts too...shuang ai, chin yen, penny, bess and i were all laughing like crazy.

Oh yes! then, last sat we went to Great Wrld under bess's suggestion and end up, she was the only one who wasn't there. shuang ai was so caught up with the shopping that penny and i were had to drag her all the way to the top floor. this was where we played air hockey and took neoprints! Finally i can start collecting neoprints again. Four years and Crescent and we never took once! i dun care Cheryl, we must take one on monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay hooray tomorrow is finally chinese new year's eve!

i've been waiting so long for this day to come. the lessons ending at four thirty everyday are killing me!!! i always want to sleep during lessons sigh. oh yes! in future i have to do consistent work for my physics cos my physics tutorial teacher especially likes to call me up during his tutorials to do the questions la. and worst still he calls me "tracy"!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my goodness la!!!!!

and by the way, fruit basket book 16 is finallly out!!! i can't wait to read it lor. so nice. and i borrow X from my friend. wahahahahahaha!

okay calm down calm down!
there is less than a month to the release of the o level results and i think i screwed up my english, humans and bio terribly. sorry guys i hate to remind u of the results but my father has been reminding me(purposely) now and then. so there you have it: THE RESULTS ARE COMING OUT SOON!

this week has been pretty irritating. except that i borrowed manga from diane.(sorry back to the manga topic again). actually hui min you also have it but i didn't manage to borrow from you*sob*. too bad i don't have the time to watch POT with my sister. Nowadays school ends so late. Plus extra choir practices this whole week. But still i stayed up late to watch twelve kingdoms and kiddy grade(nice show).

sigh, let's see...chinese lessons are the slackest i think, compared to the other lessons. it is also one of the lessons where we get the most jokes from. then besides that, i'm starting to not listen in the lectures. it's kind of difficult to concentrate because they just get more and more boring. urm..i borrow another manga from tenchi on thursday. its called POWER 100% or something i think. quite nice but not super la. i still like CLAMP's work best. *YEAH*

nowadays everyone's all very busy i guess( cheryl also never sms me already la>_<). i must remember to mention this--today's life newpaper was super cool!!!!!the moment i took it out fromt my newspaper rack i was like*jaw-dropped*!!!!!!!!!!!! the cosplay was so similar to the real characters in the story. and they gave me this wonderful website to download naruto episodes(its legal). Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...shall i or shall i not?

actually a lot of things happened in the last week but i'm too lazy to write all down. it was pretty basic la just lectures and tutorials lectures and tutorials. but all my classmates are preety nice and friendly. and i found someone in my class who appreciates and likes anime like ME! he sent me two songs(with lyrics some more) from inuyasha. wahahahaha so happy=) i was wondering if i can borrow full moon wo sagashite from my friend from choir. seems like she has quite a lot of shows leh. but really got no time to watch. even aas i am writing my entry now i'm quite short of time. cos i still have physics and chem tutorials to do plus...maths examples...

choir has been nice so far except that the practices are really very tiring. i enjoyed it though. the seniors are friendly and i have a buddy which is a J2. anyway there are only three from my class who are in choir and to be exact i'm the only girl. this is a very short entry cos i gotta eat dinner now. see ya!

today's lessons were boring! i was going to sleep already lor in the lecture theatre. anyway before the lectures started we had about two whole hours of free period and our class went to the void deck to have"class interaction". it was pretty quiet at first la, cos we were all busy preparing some homework for the maths lecture later on. on bess's suggestion, some of us started playing BINGO! i managed two BINGOsin five rounds. not bad eh?

next was lunch. we actually organised class lunch at biopolis, where we can eat prata. however, i had this classmate, justin, who just simply refused to eat it la. saying it was all oily and not good for the body. however, he surrendered and then, we went to biopolis for lunch. only after that we started playing truth or dare*evil smile*. quite interesting actually. except that there were some really stupid questions (i'm not going to give examples).

when we left, bess and i walked to the bus stop. lucky for me, 198 came imediately and i got home about four thirty. so here i am writing an entry and listening to eternal snow--nice song *winks* at the same time. i.m going to excuse myself from homework tonight and watch twelve kingdoms and hellsing*YEAH*

i was so happy yesterday!!! except for that choir audition though. i think i totally flunked it lor! no hope liao, i dun need to join choir already. but nevermind, i have back-up ccas in mind...like doing backstage work in drama club joining recreational badminton as a second cca and blah blah.

anyway, back to the subject. i was estatic cos i met up with geri and the rest of them yesterday. after the auditions, ann and i immediately rushed to heeran- marche via a taxi which i paid most of the fare. haha cos i wanted ann to wait for me thus i have to pay lor. yup, then we saw geri, cheryl, sam, wanhui and sui sui there. after chatting for a while, we walked to taka to try macs new curly fries and met up with guess who? gaya, zakiah, gabrielle and manas!!! everyone was staring at the whole group of us cos we rushed forward to hug them as if we didn't see them for ten long years. that goes to show how much we like our 3C2 and 4C2 class!!!

i was dead beat by the time i reached home and could hardly keep my eyes open. a pity we only have this week to enjoy cos the tutorials will start next week. so i have to enjoy this week thoroughly=)

one week of orientation over.the first day was only a game of ice breakers and some warm up games-not that dirty yet. then for subsequent days i got as dirty as anyone could be. we had this mat of starch( spreaded out all over) then we have to roll over that*it's like arghhhhhhhh*. still, that was not the worst. in one game we had to pass packets of egg water( water mixed with egg) with our stomachs to the next person while the ogls in charged of that station sprayed us with eggs* and i mean raw ones*.

the best was our og outing at jurong point. we went to seoul garden for lunch and spent about three hours in the restaurant crapping=)then on the last day we had a campfire where we had each of the cavalons(orientation houses) to perform an item. however, the best was the mass dance yeah! i didn't get to bathe yesterday until eleven plus when i got home. then, i watched hellsing and the ending of twelve kingdoms while blowing dry my hair.

i finally got my jigsaw to the framemaker today. sigh it was a quite difficult, bringing it all the way to alexandra village cos i had to break it into two halves and place them on my pin board for transportation. not to mention everyone that were giving me strange stares in anchorpoint when i carried that board all the way to the framemaker's. can't wait to see how it looks like when i get it back tomorrow afternoon=)

argh...my throat's feeling terrible. feeling a little sick today. anyway, my father has sort of been watching me closely lately. haha cos my sister and me have been watching naruto continuously in front of him for several days. nothing much to add-see ya!

i'm back

flew back at about one last night. the plane was kind of noisy because there was this little girl about clarissa's age kept crying non stop la(for five hours mind u). hmmmm lets see, what did i do in china?

firstly, i went to five places -hangzhou, suzhou, nanjing, wuxi and shanghai. there was a lot of rushing around and stuff cos we had to fit in many attractions in just one day. there were many those gu dai kind of buildings with many plants. but mostly what we saw was lotsa lakes and
rivers and we got introduced to so many of them i can't remember their names. the second most thing we saw was their toilets. we were asked to go to the toilet at every attraction we go to ha. there are
1.those very nice sitting ones where you can only find in your hotel rooms
2.the most popular ones are the squad ones where you see almost everywhere
3. there are those kind were it is like a drain connecting through all the cubicles
4. lastly there are those where when u close the cubicle door your head is popping out of it

oooh then we tried the specialties of all the five cities that we went to. there was this jiao hua chicken and dongpuo meat( i didn't touch it cos it has three thick layers of fat) in hangzhou. next we have this wuxi's ribs which i think is the nicest of all. many more like the salted duck and the xiao long bao from nanjing and shanghai respectively.

it was a very nice trip la i find. those who have a chance must go and see. the stuff there are also very cheap much cheaper than singapore. but a word of advice, if you want to go, should go in spring or summer cos when i went in winter, all the clothes they have there were winter clothing so there's not much to buy hee.

whoo hoo! today, thanks to hui min's complimentary tickets, me, denise, geri and cheryl+ hui min went to WILD WILD WET!!! although we arranged to meet at 0945, we ended up meeting about 1015 and only stepped into the pool at around 1045.

it was very fun! i can almost claim that we took all the rides available. especially the 180 degrees water viking thingy. when i took with cheryl, she was screaming her head off and i was laughing my head off-at her muahahahaha! but very unlucky la...my lens popped out of my spectacle frame and i had no choice but to wander around blindly for about three hours. However thanks to my frens...they made sure i would not get lost while playing and we even went to fix my specs at the optician later in white sands(pasir ris central). thanks guys=)

now i'm at home, in front of the computer and trying hard not to close my eyes cos i still have to stay awake till twelve until inuyasha and twelve kingdoms end-_-SNORE

FINALLY! i get to update my blog*raises hands in defence* not that i didn't want to but something went wrong with my account.

Why am i updating so late? cos i tried to submit my jc choices but then there is something wrong with the moe website again. today is a week after my o's and i am enjoying myself. on friday i camped over at cheryl's house for an anime marathon. we watched till one in the morning. then slept and woke at eight plus. i wished i had a tape recorder or better still, a vcd recorder(if there is such a thing). then i wouldn't have to ma fan cheryl to always help me tape shows...

Next, on monday, i went for a class chalet. the first class chalet i had that invited teachers. our form teacher Mrs tan booked the chalet for us at aloha loyang and then four other teachers turned up later in the evening. namely, mrs ow our english teacher, mrs chia our chem teacher, mr josef our humans teacher and mr gary tan our ex-humans teacher hee. quite a night of games and fun.we played jeopardy and danced our ever famous grease lighting dance--nostalgic isn't it?

Tomorrow is my grad night liao and i am feeling extremely grouchy today...no idea why though. geri's dad would be fetching me to the hotel tomorrow at two cos we booked rooms then i am going to have one room under my name wahahahaha....not very sure whether i am looking forward, or dreading tomorrow.

today is the third day of the o levels. after ss, english and maths paper 1 i feel quite okay, contrary to my expectations.and yes i must say congrats to geri because as you wished, Bush won the elections. you won't have to move to mars and i won't have to communicate to you through...through *scratches head* i am not very sure what too>_<

another thing. i am going to watch pooh this weekend if i am correct.someone gave my mum four tickets. i hope is not on sunday night cos i am planning to watch 102 dalmations-there goes this little unspotty doggie that finally gets her first spots at the end of the show*yay*

today i went to my youngest sister's concert in her kindergarden and guess who i saw there? Mrs YIP! yes! no mistake there. turns out her son is actually in the same school as my sis, but different class i think.so, i was in the church(the kindergarden is a church) all morning listening to the choir sing songs and the performance.

anyway, the day after next is my first written paper(ss) and my most badly done subject! Hope for the best la. Here's something to motivate all who are taking o levels in a few days time:

45 mins! That was how long i took to fit in my right contact lens. i went to queensway shopping centre to make it and went to collect it at 8.15 on friday. Then, for the first 45 minutes i couldn't fit it in because my eye kept on blinking whenver my contacts came close to it.

Then, when it was nine, i got so fed up because i was rushing for my nine o clock show. so i was like just "hack care la" then put the whole thing into my eye. thought it was a success, i couldn't take it out afterwards so the person had to help me take it out.

i had to go there again on saturday to fit both sides it and try taking it out. lucky for me, it took only a few minutes for me to fit both sides in and take it out!(such a great achievement in my case) So i figured i look kind of weird without specs leh-_-

i don't think i have been studying much this week. really! when i am all alone at home i feel so tired(even though it is early in the morning)

after taking 33 home, i walked into anchorage then thery was this cute little kitten in the middle of the road(the one in my estate).i was staring at it when this man took it by the neck and left it in a patch of grass by the side of the road.so, i quickly went home to bathe and rushed down to the same patch of grass with my sister to catch the cat. had to wait at least twenty minutes bofore we caught the cat from the grass because it was so tiny that i couldn't see it.

put it in my shoe box and then carried it back up...unfortunately, my mum refused to let me bring home the cat so i had to leave it in another patch of grass nearer to my house. then u know what happened? the moment we left the kitten, it's mother came to the grass to search for. then i saw them licking each other.YAY!!! mother and child reunited. so happy for them, rescue mission completed=)

ooohh skipped school today. well not exactly skipped but i got an official MC to certify my absence in school today due to an overly tired body(haha just kidding). just returned from the doctor's . she said something about having stomach flu and gave me vomiting medicine since i already vomited twice today.

enough about being sick.i wonder what the rest are doing in school? i just remembered that i also skipped an e maths paper two mock test today.but guess i would have to take it some other day then.already had a week of rest and relaxation time with all my comics and NO homework. have to start doing something today or else i am going to get myself into trouble. byt the way, d n angel was very sad. just completed the tenth book just now although it was not the last book, however i don't have a good feeling about the ending. i watched the anime and i know for sure nothing good is going to happen at the end for "dark". sigh! now have to wait for the last book(according to hui min) to appear in the comic shop!!

today geri and wan hui came over to my house today to watch Gone with the Wind. but it turned out i forgot that there was supposed to be this electricity test today for my block*boing*so we just ate lunch and hung around the sofa chatting. then geri noticed that my fishes were looking a little inactive(they were just floating about in the water, not swimming). so wan hui had to resort to using a balloon or float pump to pump air in. she was laughing and saying something about " i feel so silly doing this". but it was really one of a kind experience. at least i would know what to do the next time something similar happens.

by the way, d n angel is soooooo nice!!! much more hilarious than the anime though. reading book seven now...wonder if the ending is going to be as sad as the anime...haiz

guess what?my house blacked out last night again for the second time. this time only the units in the middle of the block(from the eighth to the sixteen or is it seventeenth floor)blacked out. i was watching my favourite show on television and suddenly it went pitch black*groans*. so i had to resort to sitting outside of the house to entertain myself by reading the comics i borrowed from hui min yesterday.

*to hui min* dun worry i wasn't late for tuition yesterday. in fact i was just on the dot.it was quite a fast journey though-only took about fifteen minutes from bishan to the somerset mrt station.

ello everyone!!! here i am again updating my blog. supposed to write some more stuff bout cheryl but lazy. if you wanna know more about her then click on geri's blog, she will write something there definately. as for the exams, i think i totally flunked them. when i was supposed to study i was:
1) staring into space on my seat for like an hour( just cannot concentrate)
2)watching the television the whole night; my favourite pastime
3)flipping through my comics for the thousandth time

and oh yes!! after the long wait i finally got the tsubasa book seven from hui min yesterday. read it after chemistry practical in the AVT. i can be prepared to fail my chem practical. supposed to be zinc carbonate i put calcium carbonate and then all my other qa questions for the reducing and oxidising agents all got mixed up. when there was supposed to be oxygen, i got like nothing. the splint was glowing but when i put it in, it extinguished. then when i brought it out it started glowing again.

anyway it is all over and no point brooding over it. another three more days and i am FREE!!! YAY!!!

yesterday was so funny. alicia sent me this sms that was about this person who had died and if u don't send it to 14 people, the ghost would hunt u down at midnight in her school uniform. haha i sent it to cheryl and guess what? she freaked out and called me last night to complain saying she was going to kill me=) *laugh*it was so hilarious and i couldn't stop laughing. i knew it, i just knew that she was going to have that kind of reaction!!!!(cheryl did the ghost come after u that night?)

today is only wednesday and i am already dying from all the studying*arrr*oh yeah i really hope that we can stay over at hilton after the graduation though it is like a bit impossible. how can 37 people squeeze into one hotel room(the presidential suite)? but according to geri, we can book maybe about 8 rooms or something on the same level than have a big party at the pool*yay!!* i just hope that i would be able to open my eyes then=)
